Admission dates are not the same for every board. First Annual, Second Annual, registration and readmission schedules may also be issued separately. Always open the record for your own board, class and year before submitting an examination form or paying a fee.
Find the Correct Admission Schedule
Start by selecting your examination board. Then choose your class, examination year and examination type.
A useful path is:
Board → Class → Year → Examination Type → Admission Schedule.
This matters because the same board can have several active or archived admission notices covering different classes and examination cycles.

Registration and Examination Admission Are Different
Students often use the words registration and admission for the same process, but examination boards may use them for different stages.
Registration or enrolment can refer to entering a student into the board's system for an academic session. Examination admission normally relates to submitting forms for a particular examination.
Boards may also issue separate readmission, private registration or pre-registration schedules.
Pakword should use the terminology shown in the relevant board's official notice so students can understand which process applies to them.
Matric and SSC Admissions
SSC generally covers the secondary examination level associated with 9th and 10th Class.
Admission and registration arrangements may differ for SSC Part I, SSC Part II, regular students, private candidates and different examination sessions.
Do not assume that a deadline for one board applies to another board, even when both examinations are described as Matric or SSC.
Select the correct board and examination cycle before using any admission date.
Intermediate and HSSC Admissions
HSSC is the higher secondary examination level commonly associated with 11th and 12th Class.
Boards may publish separate registration or admission schedules for HSSC Part I, HSSC Part II, First Annual and Second Annual examinations.
The individual Pakword Admission record should identify the board, class, examination year, status and verified deadline clearly.
First Annual and Second Annual Admissions
First Annual and Second Annual examinations are separate cycles.
A student applying for a Second Annual examination should not use a First Annual admission notice simply because both belong to the same year.
Before submitting a form, check the examination type shown on the board notice and on the Pakword record.
Normal, Double and Triple Fee Deadlines
Some examination boards issue admission schedules containing different fee stages.
These may include single or normal fee, double fee and triple fee periods. The exact structure and dates must come from the relevant board's current schedule.
Pakword should not estimate a fee amount or deadline from another board or from a previous year.
If a fee stage has not been confirmed from an authoritative source, it should be marked as not confirmed rather than guessed.
Regular and Private Candidates
Admission methods can differ for regular and private candidates.
Regular candidates may complete parts of the process through their school or college, while private candidates may be provided with a different online form or procedure.
The correct method depends on the examination board and current admission notice.

How to Check Whether Admissions Are Open
Check the status shown on the individual Pakword Admission page.
An admission record may be marked as Not Announced, Expected, Open, Closing Soon, Extended, Closed or Archived depending on the latest verified position.
If admissions are open, check the deadline and fee stage before proceeding. If a schedule has been extended, use the revised notice rather than relying on the original closing date.
How to Apply
Application procedures are not identical across all boards.
When an official online application portal has been verified, Pakword can link to it from the relevant Admission page. Students should follow the board's own instructions for submitting details, forms and fees.
Do not enter personal information into a website merely because it appears in a search result. Check that the application link belongs to the relevant examination authority.
What If the Admission Deadline Has Passed?
First check whether the board has issued an extension or another fee stage.
A missed single-fee deadline does not automatically mean that admission is still available with a higher fee. The board's current notice determines what options remain.
If the complete admission period has closed, wait for an official update rather than relying on an old application form or unofficial deadline.
Always Check the Examination Year and Session
Old admission schedules remain searchable online and can look very similar to current notices.
Before using any schedule, match the board, class, year and examination session.
For example, a 2025 admission notice does not establish the deadline for the 2026 examination, and a First Annual schedule should not be presented as the Second Annual schedule.
