If you are appearing from Punjab, you can download your card through the University of Health Sciences Lahore. Candidates from Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Islamabad, AJK, Gilgit-Baltistan and the designated Saudi Arabia centre need to use the relevant university system instead.
Do not depend on an old screenshot, WhatsApp link or previously saved admit card without checking it again. Your current card should show your roll number, examination centre and the instructions you need to follow on test day.

Punjab: UHS MDCAT Roll Number Slip 2026
Punjab candidates can use the official UHS MDCAT 2026 admittance-card portal.
The live system asks for the CNIC, Passport or B-Form number used for MDCAT registration and a captcha answer. After finding your record, open the card and check all information before printing it.
Open the UHS MDCAT Admit Card Portal
UHS is also publishing separate MDCAT 2026 notices for roll-number ranges, respective test centres, examination essentials and candidate identification requirements.
Sindh: STS MDCAT 2026 Admit Slip
Sindh MDCAT is being handled through Sukkur IBA University and SIBA Testing Services (STS).
STS published its MDCAT 2026 admit-slip notice on 10 September, followed by another admit-slip update on 16 September. A further MDCAT announcement for the 20 September test was published on 17 September.
Use the current STS system or the link provided in the latest official Sukkur IBA/STS notice. Avoid entering your CNIC or other personal information on an unofficial website claiming to generate the slip.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: KMU MDCAT Roll Number Slip
Candidates from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa should follow Khyber Medical University (KMU).
KMU currently confirms that MDCAT 2026 will be conducted on 20 September in regions including Peshawar, Mardan, Abbottabad, Swat, D.I. Khan, Kohat, Lower Dir and Malakand.
Check the Official KMU MDCAT System
Check your current KMU record or admit card rather than relying on a test-centre list shared through social media.
Balochistan: BUMHS MDCAT Admit Card
For Balochistan, PM&DC assigned Bolan University of Medical & Health Sciences (BUMHS), Quetta as the MDCAT conducting university.
Candidates should use only BUMHS’s official website or a current BUMHS notice to access their examination information. We are not providing a third-party BUMHS CNIC lookup because the final direct official admit-card URL could not be independently verified at the time of this update.
That is safer than sending candidates to an unofficial form collecting identity information.
Islamabad, AJK, GB and Riyadh: SZABMU MDCAT Admit Card
Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University (SZABMU) is handling MDCAT for Islamabad Capital Territory, AJK, Gilgit-Baltistan and the designated international centre in Saudi Arabia.
SZABMU published its MDCAT 2026 admit-card update on 14 September. It also posted a Rawalakot examination-centre notice on 16 September and a new seating-plan update on 18 September 2026.
This is a good example of why candidates should check the latest university notice even if they downloaded their admit card several days earlier.
How to Download MDCAT 2026 Roll Number Slip
The exact screen is different for UHS, STS, KMU, BUMHS and SZABMU, but the basic process is simple:
- Identify your conducting university from the table above.
- Open its official MDCAT website or latest admit-card notice.
- Enter the registration or identity information requested by that university.
- Open your MDCAT 2026 admit card.
- Check the roll number, name, photograph and centre details.
- Download the latest copy and print it for test day.
For Punjab candidates, UHS specifically asks for the CNIC, Passport or B-Form number in its current online search system.
Do not enter your CNIC into random websites simply because they offer a Check Roll Number button.
Check These Details Before Printing
Do not print the card and put it in your bag without reading it.
Check:
- your name;
- photograph;
- roll number;
- CNIC, B-Form or other identification details where shown;
- examination date;
- test centre name;
- full centre address;
- reporting time;
- gate-closing instruction;
- documents required for entry.
If something is wrong, use the complaint or help mechanism provided by your conducting university as soon as possible.
For example, the current UHS admit-card portal includes a Check Complaint Status option.
MDCAT 2026 Test Date
The current MDCAT 2026 test date is Sunday, 20 September 2026.
The exam had originally been scheduled for 16 August 2026, but PM&DC later rescheduled it. The current PM&DC website continues to show the September 20 examination date.
This matters because older webpages, PDFs, screenshots and downloaded files may still show 16 August.
If you find two different dates, use the latest notice from PM&DC and your conducting university.
What Is the MDCAT 2026 Reporting Time?
Your current admit card and regional university instructions should be treated as the final source for reporting time.
There is no single reporting-time instruction that should be copied across every province without checking the relevant university.
For Punjab, UHS has issued candidate instructions and separate 2026 examination-essential notices. Some earlier UHS material was prepared around the original examination date, so candidates should compare it with their latest admit card rather than depending on an old PDF alone. UHS’s current website continues to list updated MDCAT 2026 notices and centre information.
A simple rule: do not plan to arrive at the time the paper starts. Reach your centre according to the reporting and gate-closing time printed on your current card.
How to Check Your MDCAT Test Center 2026
Your assigned test centre should be checked from your latest admit card or the latest centre/seating-plan notice issued by your university.
Punjab candidates have an additional source: UHS is currently publishing MDCAT-2026 roll-number ranges and respective test centres.
SZABMU has also published a fresh seating plan dated 18 September 2026, along with separate notices affecting some examination centres.
So if somebody sends you a test-centre screenshot on WhatsApp, do not treat it as final without comparing it with your own card or university notice.
It is also sensible to check the route to the centre before exam morning, especially if the centre is in another part of your city.
What to Take to the MDCAT Test Center
Start with the documents listed on your own admit card.
At minimum, candidates should keep the printed current admit card ready along with the original identity document required by their conducting university.
For Punjab, UHS is specifically highlighting mandatory production of the required original identity document for entry to the examination centre.
Do not assume a mobile screenshot of your card or a photocopy of an identity document will automatically be accepted.
Also read the exam-day instructions printed on your slip for permitted stationery and prohibited items. Requirements can differ, and the current official instructions should take priority over advice copied from an older MDCAT year.
MDCAT Roll Number Slip Not Showing?
If your record does not appear, first check the simple things.
Re-enter your identity number
Type the same CNIC, Passport or B-Form number that you used during registration. Avoid extra spaces or typing mistakes.
Make sure you are on the correct university portal
A Punjab candidate searching in an STS system, for example, should not expect a record there.
Complete the captcha again
If the search page gives a captcha or simple question, enter a fresh answer after reloading.
Try the portal again
Heavy traffic close to the test can sometimes make examination portals slow. Refresh after a short interval or try from another browser or connection.
Use the official help or complaint system
If your registration was completed correctly but the record is still missing, contact the conducting university through the help method shown on its official website.
Do not send your CNIC, password or registration details to strangers in Facebook or WhatsApp groups who promise to make the slip for you.
Can I Use an Old Admit Card After the MDCAT Date Changed?
Use the latest version available from your conducting university.
MDCAT moved from 16 August to 20 September 2026, and universities have continued issuing centre, seating-plan and examination updates during September.
If an old saved admit card conflicts with a fresh online card or a new official notice, follow the current official information.
Print a fresh copy if necessary.
