Ramazan Calendar Pakistan 2023 with Sahro Iftar Timing

Fasting during Ramadan is one of the Five Pillars of Islam. It is a time of self-examination and increased religious devotion. Ramadan will start in Pakistan hopefully on, on April 15, 2023. Ramadan Calendar Pakistan 2012 with Sahr-O-Iftar Timing

Below are the Ramadan Calendar for the different major cities of Pakistan with Sahr and Iftar timing, schedule. All timings of roza are according to respective city and its surroundings. Both Sehri (closing time) and Iftari (Opening time) schedule and ramzan calendar (Fiqa Jafria & Fiqh Hanafi) for said respective cities are listed as Pakistan Stranded Time (PST).

When beginning the fast- Seher

“وَبِصَوْمِ غَدٍ نَّوَيْتَ مِنْ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ”

English Pronounce : “Wa bisawmi ghadinn nawaiytu min shahri Ramadan”
Translation : “I intend to keep the fast for tomorrow in the month of Ramadan”
[abu Dawud] Seher ki dua (Roza rakhne ki Niyeat)

After this we work whole day and come back our home before namaz-e-Maghrib (The time for Namaz-e-Maghrib commences soon after the sunset and lasts till the sky completely turns dark).

When breaking the fast- Iftar

اللَّهُمَّ اِنِّى لَكَ صُمْتُ وَبِكَ امنْتُ [وَعَلَيْكَ تَوَكَّلْتُ] وَعَلَى رِزْقِكَ اَفْطَرْت “

English Pronounce : “Allahumma inni laka sumtu wa bika aamantu [wa ‘alayka tawakkaltu] wa ‘ala rizq-ika aftarthu”

Translation : “O Allah! I fasted for You and I believe in You [and I put my trust in You] and I break my fast with Your sustenance”
[“wa ‘alayka tawakkaltu” is quoted in some books of knowledge – but not all, hence it is in brackets] [abu Dawud]
