02 Proposals for Increase in Utility Allowance to a monthly pay of Employees working in Civil Secretariat from BPS-01 to BPS-02 were sent by Abdullah Khan Sunbal the finance Secretary of Government Punjab.

Finally today on 27 December 2019 the Utility Allowance Increase Notification has been issued from the Secretary Finance office Vide letter NO.FD.SR-I/9-14/2002(P-I) on dated 27/12/2019 in which Civil Secretariat Employees 100% Increase in their existing utility allowance as;

This Notification was finally issued after its intimation for the increase in Utility Allowance in 31st January 2017. This notification will effect from 01-01-2020.
