The Elementary and Secondary Education Department, KPK has issued the notification of Winter Leaves 2023 in KPK Schools. Teachers, Students, and their parents were waiting for the Notification of Holidays in schools all Private as well as Government in the jurisdiction of KPK.

There were fake notifications of Winter Holidays in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was circulating on Social Media. But, the Original Notification regarding Winter Holidays 2023 in the Government and private Schools of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has been issued in December 2023.

Notification of Winter Leaves 2023 in KPK Schools

Notification No. SO(G)/E&SED/1-48/2023 has been issued on dated  December 2023 by the Section Officer (General) of the Elementary & Secondary Education Department, KPK. School Leaves in the Summer Zone Districts of KPK are allowed only from 25 December to 31 December 2023 due to the short time to cover the syllabus of all classes.

December Holidays 2023 have been allowed to Winter Zone Districts of KPK. There shall be 1.5 month Winter leaves in Schools wef 01-01-2024 to 15-02-2024. The decision regarding Leaves in Schools of Summer Zone has been made subject to weather conditions wef 25-12-2023 to 01-01-2024.
