Congratulations to all Data Entry Operators, Computer Operators and Data Processing Officer working in Government Departments of The Province Singh. The Government o Sindh agrees to Upgrade the Post of Computer Operator, Data Entry Operator (DEO) and Data Processing Officer (BPS 7/8, 11/12 and 16).

This Notification of Upgradation of Computer Operators, Data Entry Operators, and Data Processing has been issued in pursuance of Minutes of the meeting of the Provincial cabinet vide issued by the Services & General Administration Department, Government of Sindh.

Detail of Up-gradation of Computer Operator, DEO and Data Processing Officer.

Computer Operators already working in (BPS-07 & 08) having Intermediate qualifications are upgraded into BPS-12.
Computer Operators with existing (BPS-11 & 12) having qualification Graduation with 06 Month training in M.S Office/BCS having 03 Years Experience are upgraded into (BPS-16)
Those Computer Operators & Data Processing Officer of (BPS-16) having qualification of Graduation with 06 Months Training in MS Office / BCS Degree with 03 years relevant Experience as Computer Operator, Senior Computer Operator, Data Processing Officer with BPS-16 have been upgraded in (BPS-17).

After the up-gradation Notification, all administrative departments have been advised to issue upgrad letters of the employees.

However the expenditure incurred on the above upgradation of the posts shall be borne by the respective department from the already allocated budget for the year 2019-20.
