Government of Punjab, School Education Department has issued notification of lifting of ban on E-transfer. All the Chief Executive Officers of Education Department in Punjab are directed to process the online transfer of teachers. Teachers can apply for Wedlock Transfer, Mutual Transfer and compassionate Grounds.

How To Apply Online for Transfer on SIS Punjab.

First of All Download SIS Punjab App from Google Play Store. Register Yourself on SIS Punjab App. First of all verify your Profile Data for Online Transfer of Teachers June 2020. Online transfer will only be processed if you have completed 01 year in that school. If your profile data is not correct then contact to your headmaster for update data. Once if you verify data then you will be able to apply for online teacher transfer.

Teacher Can Apply online on Merit or Mutual Base

Keep all your relevant and required documents in JPEG Formate in Your Mobile or Computer so that it should be uploaded on SIS Mobile Application.

Wedlock (only for married women Teachers)

Disability (only for male and female)

Divorced (Only for Females)

Widow (only for female Teachers)

Teachers can also apply for Mutual Transfer by Using Mutual Transfer Application. It is to be understood that Transfer in desired school should only be possible if there is a vacant post. Or you can transfer if staff is excess in your school. For example if your school is sanctioned for 04 Posts and you are in 06 Teachers. Then only 02 teacher can apply for online transfer in Punjab.

First Merit List of E Transfer of SIS Punjab will be made from 22-06-2020 to 25-06-2020. All the Transfer list of Teachers will be verified by concerned CEO Education. The Second Wait List of Teacher Transfer shall be compiled from 26 June 2020 to 30 June 2020. Again this list will be verified by Chief Executive Officer Education.

Preparation of E transfer orders of School Teachers 2020 will be from 06 July to 08 July 2020. Online Teacher Transfer Application June 2020. Will be accepted from 10 June 2020 to 16-06-2020.
