Sindh High Court Decision MDCAT 2020 Test Cancelled

Mr. Jibran Nasir has appealed in Sindh High Court to Cancel the MDCAT Test 2020. The Arguments were passed by the PMC and NTS Lawyer that MDCAT Arrangements has been fully finalized and it is not possible to cancel MDCAT Test 2020. The Chief Justice Sindh High Court asked about the Centers of MDCAT. But the Representator’s of PMC and NTS doesn’t aware of MDCAT Test Centers. SHC Rebuked the NTS and PMC Officials and asked them to update about MDCAT Test Centers in the Country as early as possible.

Jibran Nasir is a Pakistani National who fights and stand for civil rights. MDCAT Delay campaign was also launched by the Students. A few days Ago a petition appealed by the Students in Lahore High Court was dismissed by giving a decision in light of PMC that the MDCAT Syllabus is not taken from outside the syllabus as already being studying in Provinces.

MDCAT Entry Test 2020 Delayed by Sindh High Court

Few minutes ago Jibran Nasir announced that Sindh High Court has stopped the PMC to Hold the MDCAT Entry Test 2020 till the formation of the Academic Board and Academic Authority. Sindh High Court Decision is that PMC Will finalize new syllabus and then Re-take MDCAT Test 2020. However, students who have already registered will be allowed to sit in the MDCAT Entry Test 2020.
