Notification of 25% Salary Increase 2021 Federal government

The Government of Pakistan has issued notification of 25% salary Increase 2021 for federal government departments. The 25% Salary Increase Notification March 2021 has been issued by the Finance Department, Government of Pakistan in order to reduce salary gap of the Federal Government Employees. Basically it is not a salary increase Notification, but this is disparity reduction allowance for those employees who were not getting any performance based allowance announced by the Government. Notification No of 25% Salary Increase vide F.No.14(1)R-3/2021-90 on dated 03rd March 2021.

Salary Increased Notification by Finance Department, Pakistan has been issued on 03^rd March 2021. There is also a list of department who will not be eligible for 25% Salary increment. 25% Salary increase shall be eligible to those employees/department who have never been allowed  additional allowance equal to or more than 100% of the basic pay. This 25 Percent disparity reduction allowance is only for those employees working on BS-01 to BS-19 in federal government departments.

• 25%  Disparity Reduction Allowance shall not be counted during calculation pension, Gratuity or recovery of house rent allowance.
• 25% Salary increase shall be not be calculated during duty abroad.
• 25% Disparity Reduction Allowance shall be calculated during leave and entire period of LPR except  extra ordinary leaves.
• Federal Government Disparity Reduction Allowance Notification shall also implement during suspension period.
