• Cover Letter: From the head of your institution.
• Attested Copies of:
  • Citizenship certificate of AJK (Class-I).
  • Your latest exam result card.
  • CNIC or B-form.
  • A recent passport-size photo.

If you are a university student in a professional course, you also need to submit the result cards of your last two semesters.

3. Fill Out the Form:
   Complete the form with all required information. Make sure all documents are attached.
4. Submit the Application:

   Secretariat Higher Education, Block-10, Secretariat Complex, Chhattar 2 Mile, Muzaffarabad.
   Make sure it reaches them before February 28, 2025. Late applications will not be accepted.
