Pakistan Govt Reduced Petroleum Prices from 1 November 2014

petrol price in PKISLAMABAD PM Pakistan Nawaz Sharif today (Friday October 31, 2014) announced that petrol price has been reduced by Rs. 9.43 per liter. The Prime Minister made the announcement while addressing the Federal Cabinet meeting in Islamabad. According to the notification petrol price has been reduced from Rs. 103.62 to Rs. 94.19 per liter. So petrol price reduced Rs 9.43 per liter now.PM Nawaz said the government is committed to bring economic change in the country and provide relief to the people.

He has urged the transporters to adjust fares accordingly. The government is drastically reducing the petroleum prices despite sit-ins and protests caused huge losses to the national economy, he added. He said the government was moving towards economic stability, but sit-ins and protests disrupted the development process. Country will once again continue its journey towards economic prosperity, he said. Separately, the price of diesel has been decreased by Rs. 6.18 per liter and kerosene oil Rs. 8.16 and high-octane has reduced by Rs. 14.68 per liter.
